A three Michelin starred chef asked me to create a concept video in 2019 to show his local focused kitchen and promote dutch gastronomy abroad. Jacob Jan Boerma has been traveling a lot internationally participating in food festivals and giving masterclasses to young chefs. This video helps to show his concept and promotes modern dutch gastronomy world wide in two minutes.
