Since its launch in 2019, New Chefs on the Block has become the premium sub-brand of Food Reporter owened by Bidfood International wholesaler company.
With the professional advocate of Gault&Millau, the community-building event is aimed to young chefs. Each time, three new talents are awarded and we screen a documentary about them in a cinema.
As we approach the seventh season of the project, I have made 21 documentaries with young chefs and suppliers, mainly in the Netherlands, but also in Italy, Sweden and Greece.
